The cabin in Kibbutz Ortal was absolutely charming and had a cozy, North-Israeli vibe. The breathtaking views of the Golan Heights added to the overall experience. The customer service was top-notch, and the open-armed people made us feel right at home. The winery on the grounds offered a delightful tasting experience, and we even bought some bottles to take home. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the confusing road to the kibbutz at night and the language barrier in the email correspondence, I would highly recommend Kibbutz Ortal Tourism. this was a pleasant and unique experience that we would love to repeat in the future.

The location in the garden was beautiful and peaceful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The property had a beautiful garden to walk around and relax in during the day, and the view of the mountains was stunning. The breakfast was really good, especially the freshly baked bread and fruit selection. The staff was friendly and helpful in giving us recommendations on what to see in the surrounding area.

We had a terrible experience on New Year's Eve. The room walls were paper-thin, so we could hear everything going on in the surrounding rooms.

We had a bit of trouble finding the reception desk and navigating the security gate. Clearer instructions would have been helpful.

During my stay at this hotel, I experienced a high level of luxury with exclusive amenities, such as a sun terrace and relaxing garden area. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to fulfill my needs. The rooms boasted exclusive advantages, and the location was conveniently close to all the attractions of the Golan.

The only minor issue I faced during my stay was the thin walls which allowed me to hear my neighbor's alarm. However, this did not affect my overall stay at the hotel negatively.
